This is a 52 hr class covering plotting, navigation, Rules of the Road, and deck general/safety. Held at the University of Hawaii, Hilo Campus. This class plus the four proctored exams will permit you to apply for you captain (6-pack) license.
Date and Time: January 7- February 2, Monday Wednesday Friday evenings, 5-8, then Saturday 9-2. Capt Emily and Steve will also hold a masters upgrade class at the end of the oupv. Just let them know if you are interested.
This will be the last opportunity to get your 50 ton masters with just one days on a 5 ton vessel.
