OUPV to Master 100 Ton

You are either working on completing your captain’s course or you just completed your course. You find the application process confusing and challenging. Let our captains license application review service help.

While the National Maritime Center provides the needed form(s), there are many specific details that can hold up the issuance of a license. Our staff provides a service to minimize these types of problems. We work closely with NMC review staff to make sure we understand what the NMC wants and the best way to present it.

To have an application review completed, you must fill out and turn in the Third Party Authorization form. This will allow your instructor or other Explorer's Guide Staff  This form is required if you have Explorer's Guide staff to ask about the status of your application.Download the Third Party Authorization here.

Offered Application Review Services

Total Application Review Service: Fee $90.00. Email, mail, or bring in your application. We will do all services in the Quick Pre-submittal Review PLUS ensure all necessary details are present regarding sections such as medical information and past issues with the law, check that all fields are filled correctly, determine accuracy of sea service calculations, provide you with a post-review report of your application (with notations of any problems and suggested solutions), submit to the NMC, and the application will be deleted from our records.

Any additional task can be done at $45/hr.

Additional tasks include:

  • Initial completion of the three page application form CG719b for you.
  • Completion of Pay.gov MMC application fee.
  • Resolve any issues of the application, post-submittal. (A Third Party Release form will be required if our help is needed to resolve NMC issues.)
