This is a 14-hour course approved by the NMC for mariners wanting to upgrade their OUPV credentials to get their masters for Inland or Great Lakes waters to operates an inspected vessels. There is less materials to cover then the Near Coastal class. Sea Service is the same as your OUPV requirements, 360 days with 90 in the last three years..
